چکیده
The utilization of sugar beet fiber (SBF) and rice-based distillers dried grain (RB-DDG) as a source food ingredients is prime focus this short study. SBF RB-DDG are extracted from waste pulp produced in the industry grain-based distillery respectively. mixture has been given name HNFP (Healthy nutrients-rich fine powder). oven drying, grinding, mixing, mesh screening were used for preparation two raw industrial wastes. components, Carbohydrates, proteins, fibers, vitamins, minerals. Which potential to be utilized an essential ingredient. prepared obtained results that show cation exchange capacity, water holding oil binding capacity 0.5 mEq/gm, 8.5 gm/gm, 1.95 gm/gm respectively, or average swelling 12 ml/gm was obtained. These properties complete requirements good human gut system. This communication first article represents idea will analyze use additive with combination high nutrients rich (RB-DDG).
